Property Management

To provide a ‘total approach’ to our services, each property is assigned a team comprised of a designated property manager, leasing agent and project accountant, encompassing the three major elements of successful commercial property management.

Property Management Operations

Day-to-day management operations for your commercial property must be able to be handled in the field. At McLoud & Company Commercial Real Estate this means that both you and your tenants will always have one person with whom to address all concerns.

We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to service your property and tenants most effectively. Our objective is to develop a management plan to maximize the profitability of your project while acting as an effective buffer between you and your tenants.
