McLoud & Company was founded in 1992 by Tom McLoud after 13 years in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including traveling the Midwest as Real Estate Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Director of Real Estate for Hy-Vee Food Stores, Inc. and as Vice President and Branch Manager for the Leo Eisenberg Company. McLoud & Company has assembled a very talented and experienced staff to provide the full range of services. From its humble beginnings, the company has acquired, developed and managed an office and retail portfolio of approximately 900,000 square feet in the southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas region. In the process, the company has built solid relationships with national, regional and local tenants, investors, and lenders.
